1. The app

The app analyzes your photo library on your device, shows you duplicates, similar shots, screenshots, blurry or dark photos and large videos, and deletes or merges the photos you confirm through your operating system.

The app is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. The developer may change, add or discontinue features to improve the app.

2. App store terms

If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If they conflict with these terms, the app store's terms prevail to the extent they require.

3. License and restrictions

The developer grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not:

• reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app beyond what the law allows;
• click ads fraudulently or manipulate ad impressions;
• use the app in breach of the law, such as on someone else's device or photos without permission.

4. Your responsibility for deletions

• Automatic analysis isn't perfect. A photo that matters to you may show up as a suggestion, or the photo you'd rather keep may not be the one picked as the keeper, so always check before deleting.
• On iOS, deleted photos stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days; on Android 11 and later, they stay in the system trash for 30 days. After that, or if you empty it yourself, they cannot be recovered.
• On Android 8–10, photos are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
• If you use a sync service such as iCloud Photos, deletions also apply to your other devices and the cloud.
• We recommend backing up photos that are important to you.

5. Ads

The app shows third-party ads provided by Google AdMob. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for the products and services they link to, and any dealings with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser. Information related to ads is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The developer owns the rights to the app and its design, name and logo. Your photos remain yours, and the developer does not acquire any rights to them through the app.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, the developer makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the accuracy of analysis results, uninterrupted operation and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including the loss of photos or data caused by deletions you confirmed, operating system behavior or device failure. This does not apply to damage caused by the developer's intent or gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes and discontinuation

The developer may update these terms when needed and will post the new version on this page with its effective date. Significant changes that affect you negatively will be announced in advance. If you keep using the app after the new terms take effect, you accept them. The developer may stop offering the app; this does not affect the photos on your device.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute about the app will be resolved by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights guaranteed by the laws of the country where you live.
